The Talent Pipeline System

The current skills gap crisis is forcing economic leaders, employers and educators to identify diverse ways to partner to create solutions to address this challenge.  It is time for States, Counties, and Cities to look at systemic level strategies and cross-sector collaborative partnerships to address this crisis.  Our education and workforce systems can no longer operate INDEPENDENT of one another, these two systems must begin to understand that they are INTER-DEPENDENT on each other!  It is time for Employers, Educators, and Policy Makers to work collaboratively to create scalable and sustainable TALENT PIPELINE SYSTEMS to address the Labor Shortage Crisis!
